There is a 7-10 day dispatch time. Then domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 4-8 business days depending on which service you choose.

All sales are finale. I am unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact me at perciscreations@gmail.com with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or incorrect item.

If your tracking is showing as delivered but your shipment has not arrived, please contact your local post office with the tracking number (find this in your shipping notification). Often packages are waiting for pickup at your nearest post office.
